What you may do with a build
Four paragraphs, no licence text, no lawyer. This is what I actually mean when I say the builds are free.
Make them, and sell what you make
You may sell finished pieces you have made yourself from any build on this site — at a market, in a shop, on a craft platform, at a school fair. There is no limit I could enforce and no fee I want. I ask only that the listing does not include the rounds and does not imply I made the piece.
Credit is welcome and is not required. If you would like to give it, “worked from a free build at amigurumiaddict.com” is exactly right.
Do not republish the pattern
The rounds, the manifests, the snag lists and the photographs stay here. Do not copy them into a blog post, a listing description, a PDF, a paper pack, a video script, a pattern app or a translated version elsewhere. Link to the build instead — the page is free, so a link costs your reader nothing.
Teaching and groups
Use a build in a class, a craft group or a library session, and show it on a screen while you teach. That is a use I like. What I ask is that you send people to the page rather than hand out copies of the rounds, so that when a count is corrected the version they have follows the correction.
Photographs
The photographs on this site are mine and stay here. Photograph your own finished piece as much as you like — that toy is yours, and so is the picture of it.

One message when a build is issued
Build number, level, hook, link. Nothing else, and never more than one message for one build.
